We stand behind the quality and consistency of every SUMTORI shipment. Please review the policy below for return eligibility, damaged orders, and refund timing.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and returned in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
To initiate a return request, please contact us at hello@sumtori.com. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of ingestible wellness products, we are unable to accept returns on:
- Opened or used products
- Sale or promotional items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom items
If you have questions regarding a specific order, please contact us before initiating a return request.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, we recommend submitting a return request for the original item, if eligible, and placing a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must remain unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within approximately 5–10 business days. Please note that additional processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Please do not send any products back without first contacting us and receiving return authorization.
