SUMTORI subscriptions are designed to provide convenient recurring deliveries and uninterrupted access to your selected products.

By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Recurring Billing

When you purchase a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method based on the delivery frequency chosen at checkout.

Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing date.

You may manage, pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account or subscription management portal.

Changes to subscriptions must be made before the next scheduled billing date to avoid processing of the upcoming shipment.

Subscription orders are billed automatically according to the selected delivery interval.

Once a recurring order has been processed, it may not be canceled if fulfillment preparation has already begun.

Subscription pricing, product availability, promotional offers, and shipping rates may change periodically.

SUMTORI reserves the right to modify or discontinue subscription products or subscription programs at any time.

If a recurring payment attempt fails, additional billing attempts may be made automatically.

If payment cannot be successfully processed, your subscription may be paused or canceled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing cycle.

Cancellation requests submitted after a recurring order has been processed may apply to future subscription renewals rather than the current order.

Subscription orders remain subject to the SUMTORI Refund Policy.
