Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Please allow additional processing time during promotional periods, product launches, holidays, or high-volume events.


Domestic Shipping

SUMTORI currently ships within the United States.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery windows are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method.

Estimated transit times provided by shipping carriers are not guaranteed and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, or circumstances outside of our control.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

If you do not receive tracking information within several business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@sumtori.com.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and delivery information at checkout.

SUMTORI is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at the time of purchase.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your shipment appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in coordinating with the shipping carrier.

While we will do our best to support delivery resolution, SUMTORI is not responsible for carrier-related delays once a package has been transferred to the shipping provider.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and include photographs of the package and product so we can review the issue.
